The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, site execution, stakeholder coordination, and cost control within the UAE market. Key Responsibilities: Manage building construction projects from commencement to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation to ensure smooth project execution. Review project budgets, cost reports, and procurement requirements. Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements. Manage project documentation, reports, and contractual correspondence. Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary. Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to management. Support project testing, commissioning, and final handover activities. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 5–10 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably within the UAE. Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and site management. Experience coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and site teams. Understanding of contract administration, budgeting, procurement, and cost control. Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and HSE requirements. Proficiency in project management and construction software. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
