Licensed Engineer with 20 years of active professional registration. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL RELOCATE OUTSIDE METRO MANILA / AROUND LUZON Possible sites of deployment: Taguig, Paete Laguna, San Pablo Laguna Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, execution, and completion within scope, budget, and schedule Review plans, specifications, and contracts; resolve discrepancies Manage budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes Supervise multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors Monitor QA/QC standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations Conduct site inspections and stakeholder coordination meetings Prepare project reports, documentation, and variation orders Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field Core Skills: Cost control and contract management In-depth excavation knowledge and experience Technical drawing interpretation Leadership and team coordination Strong communication and problem-solving skills Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid training Work Location: In person
