This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard project management software. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools, coordinating construction timelines with stakeholders Manage project budgets through cost estimation, cost control, and financial reporting using HeavyBid or comparable construction estimating software Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to review blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and contracts Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or equivalent to track progress, document issues, and communicate updates effectively Supervise project teams on-site and remotely, providing leadership in managing tasks, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high team morale Ensure construction schedule coordination aligns with project milestones by managing project timelines diligently Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control measures and adherence to design specifications Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), safety reports, and regulatory compliance records Qualifications Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong background in civil or heavy civil disciplines Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and tools including Schematics and Construction schedule coordination methods Solid understanding of construction estimating processes and cost management strategies Hands-on experience with construction site operations including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and managing complex plans Familiarity with construction regulations and regulatory compliance standards across various jurisdictions Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards Strong communication skills for clear project coordination among diverse stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills Join us as a Project Manager if you’re passionate about leading impactful infrastructure projects that make a difference!
