About the Role KOREV Constructions and General Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead road construction and infrastructure projects from planning through completion. The role includes managing project teams, schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor project progress against approved milestones and resolve delays or risks.
• Oversee road construction and infrastructure works in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality, safety, costs, materials, and manpower.
• Review progress reports, project requirements, and proposed variations.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Maintain project records and coordinate testing, handover, and close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of construction experience, including road or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience managing project teams and construction delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, quality, and site safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project planning tools and Microsoft Office.
• UAE construction experience and a UAE driving licence are advantages.
