Job Summary You will lead the technical project management of a major 15,000-seat arena development, ensuring all technical and operational requirements are captured, coordinated, and delivered throughout the project lifecycle from design to handover. Responsibilities Coordinate technical and operational requirements across multiple arena project workstreams to ensure alignment and delivery Manage and track project requirements, design changes, drawings, technical submissions, decisions, actions, risks, and issues to maintain project integrity Facilitate multidisciplinary reviews with internal stakeholders, designers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical matters Review technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and submissions to verify compliance with project requirements Monitor project actions, deliverables, decisions, and outstanding issues through to resolution to maintain progress Support project planning and coordination for commissioning readiness, testing, defects management, acceptance, and handover phases Coordinate preparation and review of handover documentation and operational readiness requirements to ensure smooth transition Identify project risks, gaps, and potential issues and escalate them appropriately to mitigate impact Support project governance, reporting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure transparency and accountability Prepare clear project dashboards, briefing papers, progress reports, and updates for senior management to inform decision-making Collaborate closely with project, hospitality, technical, operations, and F&B teams to incorporate operational requirements into project delivery Support ad hoc project requirements and initiatives as directed by senior management to address emerging needs Attend site meetings, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities, including outside standard working hours, to oversee critical project stages Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working on complex developments such as hospitality, integrated resorts, entertainment venues, arenas, stadiums, or major public assembly buildings is advantageous Familiarity with CAD/BIM viewers to support technical document review is advantageous Experience with commissioning, testing, defects management, handover, and operational readiness is preferred A specialized recruitment firm with more than30 years of track records recruiting in the Construction, Oil & Gas, and Pharma industries.
