This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from pre-construction to project closeout. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Manage project costs and prepare budget forecasts and financial reports. Review contracts, specifications, drawings, and project documentation. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings. Review and approve subcontractor work, change orders, and payment applications. Resolve project issues and make timely decisions to minimize delays. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients. Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout construction. Manage project documentation, including permits, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documents. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
