We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to help our customers implement and optimize our platform efficiently and successfully. As a Project Manager at Impartner , you will guide customers through the implementation of our PRM platform, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, translating technical details into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders. Your organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams will make you the linchpin of successful customer deployments. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and providing regular status updates to ensure a positive experience. - Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Product, Sales, and Support—to coordinate resources and resolve challenges proactively. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. - Identify opportunities to optimize processes and recommend best practices to clients. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making. - Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on outcomes to leadership and clients. - Act as a mentor to junior project managers or team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
