PROJECT MANAGER – CIVIL & MEP / TURNKEY PROJECTS

Location:Dubai, UAE

Experience:Minimum 15 years, with strong UAE/Dubai experience

IMEP Engineering & Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Civil, MEP, Fit-Out, Renovation, Design & Build, PEB/Steel and turnkey projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from mobilization to final handover.
• Control programme, cost, quality, HSE and resources.
• Lead project engineers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities.
• Monitor planning, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Manage variations, delays, EOT and contractual requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality.
• Conduct client and project coordination meetings.
• Drive testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years’ construction/project management experience.
• Strong Dubai/UAE experience.
• Civil & MEP project knowledge.
• Proven turnkey / Design & Build experience.
• Strong client, subcontractor and team management skills.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Office.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, technical knowledge and proven project delivery experience are essential.

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
