The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver innovative water processing and manufacturing solutions. In this role, you will navigate projects where requirements evolve dynamically, working closely with Japanese clients, AI/ML engineers, and developers. You will act as the key driver in business analysis, solution consulting, and end-to-end project execution. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle—scope, planning, execution, monitoring, and control—balancing schedule, quality, and resources. Stakeholder Management: Drive regular syncs with customers and offshore/distributed teams. Manage expectations, negotiations, and communications effectively. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams to foster ownership, accountability, and seamless collaboration. Risk & Quality Control: Proactively identify project risks, drive mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with software development processes and quality standards. Reporting: Prepare clear and timely project reports, documentations, and management updates. Qualifications Experience: Proven track record in project management (PMI alignment preferred), especially with offshore or distributed development teams. Client Management: Experience working directly with Japanese customers and excelling in customer expectation management. Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented mindset. Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English . Bonus Points: Experience utilizing AI tools in project management. Familiarity with data-driven validation and performance evaluation activities. Key Benefits 14 months' salary per year. 100% salary-based Social Insurance & $3,000/year Private Insurance.
