This role is solely responsible for the entire Project Department, including project execution, staff and subcontractor direction, department and job budgets, job expenses, purchasing and purchase orders, inventory, and company assets and equipment. The Project Manager connects Sales, Projects, and Accounting. They follow every project financially from the initial estimate through final payment, so jobs are set up correctly, scheduled efficiently, built within budget, billed on time, and collected in full. They own project accounting and WIP reporting and prepare all financial documentation for the company’s bookkeepers and accountant. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who is detail-oriented, highly organized, strong with numbers, and capable of managing multiple projects, people, and financial deadlines at the same time.
