# Project Manager **GREEN TEAM RENOVATION TECHNICAL SERVICES** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Renovations Reports To: General Manager / Managing Director Position Overview The Project Manager oversees interior fit-out, renovation, and commercial space planning projects from initial site assessment through final handover. This role is responsible for project planning, site management, subcontractor coordination, budget tracking, authority approvals, and client communications to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and to high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Operational Execution Develop detailed project execution plans, resource schedules, and material procurement timelines for interior fit-out and structural modification projects. Read, review, and interpret 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, and 3D design models to ensure execution matches approved layouts. Coordinate with site teams, main contractors, building management, and facility managers to schedule works and clear site access permits. Oversee technical coordination for MEP modifications, including firefighting sprinkler adjustments, electrical routing, and plumbing installations. Site & Team Management Supervise daily site operations, ensuring direct labor, sub-contractors, and trade specialists adhere to project specs and quality benchmarks. Enforce strict site safety protocols, housekeeping guidelines, and company work rules across all project locations. Direct site coordinators and sub-contractors to resolve technical issues, site clashes, and daily construction constraints. Ensure accurate attendance records, labor allocation reports, and progress updates are submitted regularly. Authority Approvals & Compliance Prepare and compile documentation required for landlord, municipality, civil defense, and local authority approvals. Coordinate site inspections with regulatory authorities, property management teams, and third-party inspectors to obtain completion certificates. Client & Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consulting designers, and commercial partners throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site walk-throughs with clients, addressing variation requests, progress updates, and design queries. Manage variation requests (VOs), assess cost/time implications, and submit structured proposals for client approval. Procurement, Budget & Quality Control Review bill of quantities (BOQ), material sample submittals, and vendor quotations prior to procurement. Track project expenditures, labor costs, and material usage against established project budgets. Conduct snagging inspections, manage rectify-and-punch-list completion, and manage final handover documentation to the client. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management. Experience: 4+ years of hands-on project management experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or commercial space planning. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading architectural, MEP, and structural CAD drawings. Strong familiarity with local building codes, civil defense standards, and authority permitting workflows. Experience with project management software, MS Excel, and scheduling tools. Key Competencies: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and site coordination capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction. Sharp problem-solving ability with attention to detail and quality execution.
