# Project Manager **Gravton motors** · Hyderabad, Telangana · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Location: Hyderabad Department: Business Development Company: Gravton Motors Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Coordinate with Engineering, Design, SCM, Production, Quality, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project progress. - Act as the single point of contact between cross-functional teams and senior management for project-related communication and updates. - Conduct regular project review meetings, track action items, and ensure timely closure. - Monitor project schedules, identify risks, dependencies, and delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. - Escalate critical issues, resource constraints, and project risks to management with suitable mitigation plans. - Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes (MoM), and progress updates to management. - Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely availability of resources required for project execution. - Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives, priorities, timelines, and deliverables. - Drive accountability across teams and follow up on pending tasks to achieve project milestones. - Maintain complete project documentation and ensure adherence to organizational processes. - Support new product development, process improvement initiatives, and strategic projects as assigned by management. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage. - 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Automotive, EV, Manufacturing, or Engineering industries. - Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Required Skills - Excellent project planning and coordination skills. - Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent follow-up and execution capabilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools To Apply Please share your updated resume with careers@gravtonmotors.com
