The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage full lifecycle of construction projects Ensure delivery as per schedule, budget, and specifications Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Review drawings, technical documents, and construction methodologies Monitor site progress and report regularly to management Manage cost control, procurement, and material planning Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority approvals, and safety standards Implement QA/QC procedures and conduct site inspections Handle variations, claims, and contractual matters Lead and manage site teams including engineers and supervisors Ensure proper documentation, authority approvals, and project handover Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Proven experience in time-bounded projects Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and authority regulations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Previous experience working in EO projects is an advantage Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Expected Salary Package Have you previously worked in EO projects?
