Project Manager

We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project resources effectively to optimize productivity.
• Track project performance using key metrics and prepare regular status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
• Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through formal change control processes.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that may impact project success.
• Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7 - 10 years of project management experience (depending on seniority).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional and remote teams.
• Knowledge of budgeting, risk management, and resource planning.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
