The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion. This role requires a motivated professional who can manage multiple stakeholders, lead project teams, and drive programmes, budgets, quality, and safety outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to handover Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers Monitor budgets, resources, and project schedules Ensure compliance with WHS, quality assurance, and contractual obligations Manage project documentation, RFIs, variations, and reporting Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project progress Provide regular updates to the Project Director and Director About You To succeed in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction and fit-out projects Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Sound knowledge of construction methodologies and industry regulations Proven ability to manage budgets, programmes, and project delivery Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities White Card, current Driver Licence, and full Australian working rights Why Join Us?
