Project Manager

We are hiring Project Manager with experience in Metal and Fabrication Industries in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from planning to final handover, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate engineering submissions, shop drawings, procurement, fabrication, logistics, QC, and site installation.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, material availability, production progress, and site execution.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Manage project costs, payment applications, variations, contractual obligations, and collection of outstanding payments.
• Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports, highlighting delays, risks, financial status, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, handover documentation, final accounts, and project closeout.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years in project management, preferably in metal fabrication, steel structures, aluminium works, façades, cladding, or specialist subcontracting within the UAE.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Microsoft Excel, project scheduling, cost control, and commercial documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
• Arabic Speaking and Business Writing/ native.
