Keep the pipeline balanced : Stagger and sequence two to three active projects, so every function stays productive, and resources are fully utilized. Track dependencies & handoffs : Manage handoffs across research, package, equip, train, and measure; proactively surface and clear operational bottlenecks. Run the stage gates : Schedule and document the Go/No-Go reviews with leadership. Report cadence : Keep leadership updated on what has been delivered, what is currently in progress, and what is at risk. Drive continuous improvement : Refine and tighten operational processes each cycle so the team moves faster over time. Who you are Requirements: 3+ years in project coordination, business operations, cross-functional delivery, or project management in a fast-paced environment. Cadence experience: proven track record of running structured team schedules, managing project timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Tooling proficiency with project/work-management tools specifically Jira. Your skills: You’re exceptionally organized: you maintain clear visibility across multiple workstreams and keep deliverables on track. You’re a calm driver: you proactively manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve operational bottlenecks.
