# Project Manager **Fastrise Construction Corporation** · Quezon City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role PROJECT MANAGER Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in construction project management. - Proven experience in managing commercial, residential, or other building construction projects. - Strong leadership, project planning, coordination, and decision-making skills. - Knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and quality assurance. - Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, safety regulations, and building codes. - Excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. - Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans. - Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and overall site performance. - Ensure that all construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. - Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. - Identify project risks, resolve construction issues, and implement corrective actions. - Monitor project costs and ensure efficient use of resources. - Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management. - Ensure timely completion and proper turnover of projects. Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
