# Project Manager **FASCLAD, INC** · Manila · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Qualifications Education & Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or Architecture Licensed Engineer (if applicable: CE/Architect) Training in Project Management (PMP, Prince2 – optional advantage) Safety certifications (e.g., OSH, COSH) preferred Technical Expertise Strong understanding of façade systems (Curtain wall, ACP cladding, spider glazing, louvers, skylights, etc.) Knowledge of façade design, structural performance, and material specifications Ability to interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and structural calculations Familiar with façade testing requirements (air/water infiltration, structural tests, thermal performance, etc.) Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera), AutoCAD, and construction documentation Project & Site Management Skills Experience managing façade works from planning to installation and turnover Skilled in coordination with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors Strong cost control, budgeting, and procurement management Able to lead site teams and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Experience in handling NCRs, punch lists, and quality assurance processes Soft Skills Strong leadership and decision-making capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage time, prioritize, and deliver under pressure Job Type: Permanent Work Location: On the road
