Duties - Collaborate with fellow PMs and clients. - Protect the clients interests, respect their budget, and help them navigate construction with clarity and confidence. - Serve as a neutral, third-party field representative who ensures that the work is done right. - Be present on site as the clients eyes, ears, and voice — helping them move from planning to completion with clarity, confidence, and no wasted steps. - Must be able to assess a property prior to construction or remodel , to find risks other may have missed. - Familiar with warranty work, punch lists, and closing documentation. - Be able to determine what if anything needs to be tested for environmental hazards. - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required. - Experience : Minimum 10 years in the construction field, with at least 4 years in a management role. - Osha 30 - Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Ability to pass standard criminal background test and substance screenings.
