Project Manager

Ethar Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE .

Requirements:

• 10 yrs of Dubai construction experience
• Only candidates with proven experience in luxury villa construction projects will be considered
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering .
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction standards and authority requirements
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and project management skills
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and site operations
• UAE driving license is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee the complete construction of luxury villa projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Lead and supervise project teams, site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Monitor project progress, construction schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment
• Review and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and site activities
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and Dubai authority requirements
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective control of resources
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management
• Ensure proper implementation of HSE and quality control procedures
• Manage the project from mobilization through completion and handover
