Ethar Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE . Requirements: 10 yrs of Dubai construction experience Only candidates with proven experience in luxury villa construction projects will be considered Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering . Strong knowledge of Dubai construction standards and authority requirements Excellent leadership, coordination, and project management skills Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and site operations UAE driving license is a must Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and oversee the complete construction of luxury villa projects Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Lead and supervise project teams, site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities Monitor project progress, construction schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment Review and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and site activities Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and Dubai authority requirements Monitor project costs and ensure effective control of resources Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management Ensure proper implementation of HSE and quality control procedures Manage the project from mobilization through completion and handover Work Location: In person
