Serve as the overall project lead, managing coordination between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor and control project budget, cost forecasts, and resource allocation. Coordinate internally across departments including Engineering, HSE, Procurement, Finance, and Human Resources. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and actively promote a safe working culture. Define project KPIs and provide leadership, guidance, and technical oversight to the project team. Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain project progress.
