Project Manager

• Plan project schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, design, production and site teams.
• Review drawings and specifications and ensure approvals are obtained before production.
• Monitor material procurement, fabrication and installation progress.
• Control project costs, manage variations and resolve site issues.
• Provide progress updates and address delays.
• Oversee quality checks, site safety, snagging and final project handover.

Experience:

• Furniture and joinery: 3 years (Required)
