# Project Manager **DSCA Building Contracting L.L.C** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities: - Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to completion. - Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resource allocation. - Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. - Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. - Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely project execution. - Monitor project costs and ensure activities remain within the approved budget. - Ensure all construction works comply with quality standards, approved drawings, specifications, and UAE regulations. - Identify and resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues. - Ensure required permits, approvals, and inspections are completed on time. - Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management and project stakeholders. - Monitor project progress and take corrective actions where required. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 10 years of experience in managing the construction , with strong experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE . - Proven experience in managing construction projects from planning through completion. - Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of construction methods, project planning, quality control, and UAE construction standards.
