Project Planning: Plan project activities, timelines, manpower, and resources to ensure smooth execution. 2. Site Management: Monitor overall site activities and ensure work progresses as per the project schedule. 3. Team Management: Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors. 4. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, control costs, and ensure work is completed within the approved budget. 5. Material Management: Coordinate with the purchase and store departments to ensure timely availability of materials. 6. Quality Control: Ensure construction work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. 7. Work Scheduling: Prepare and monitor project schedules and take corrective action to avoid delays. 8. Client Coordination: Attend client meetings, discuss project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates. 9. Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding work progress, materials, manpower, and payments. 10. Safety Management: Ensure compliance with site safety rules and maintain proper housekeeping. 11. Billing and Documentation: Review contractor bills, verify work measurements, monitor project costs, and maintain project records. 12. Problem Solving: Identify site issues, coordinate with the concerned departments, and implement timely solutions. 13. Progress Monitoring: Review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and ensure project targets are achieved. 14. Coordination with Departments: Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, finishing, purchase, and QA/QC teams. 15. Project Handover: Ensure snagging, rectification, final inspections, and documentation are completed before handing over the project. Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
