Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong site management, project coordination, and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, and progress .
• Review drawings, materials, specifications, and site requirements.
• Manage site teams and ensure proper execution of works.
• Coordinate civil, MEP, joinery, ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works .
• Identify and resolve site issues and project delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Ensure projects are completed according to approved standards and deadlines.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular project updates to management.
• Ensure proper project handover and completion of snagging works.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in interior fit-out / construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works and site execution .
• Good understanding of drawings, MEP coordination, and construction materials .
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience in fit-out/construction is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
