Job Title: Project Manager Location: Doha, Qatar Industry: Facilities Management / Maintenance Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to lead and oversee facilities management operations. The ideal candidate must hold advanced certifications and bring extensive Gulf region experience in managing large‑scale projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage day‑to‑day project operations and ensure smooth facility functioning. Lead engineering and maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Handle resource planning, budgeting, and cost control. Prepare technical and operational reports for senior management. Provide 24 × 7 on‑call support and dedicated on‑site leadership. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering . IFMA CFM or IWFM Level 6 certification . UPDA/MMUP Grade A registration . Fluent in English and Arabic . Minimum 15 years of experience, including 8+ years in the Gulf region . Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
