The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with business and technical requirements while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from project initiation to successful delivery. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements. Manage cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Ensure project deliverables meet organizational standards, quality expectations, and business objectives. Prepare and present regular project status reports, metrics, and updates to stakeholders and leadership. Promote project management best practices and support continuous process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience managing IT or software development projects. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Proven experience delivering software projects in a structured, fast-paced environment. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent are an advantage. Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
