The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management practices. This role requires effective communication with team members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties - Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - Coordinate and manage project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and ProCore. - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution. - Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specified standards. - Manage contracts and communicate with subcontractors regarding project expectations and timelines. - Utilize construction management software for budgeting, scheduling, and estimating project costs. - Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction safety and efficiency. - Ensure proper use of tools and equipment on-site, including heavy machinery when necessary. - Maintain accurate records of project progress, including any changes or delays. Skills - Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid. - Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety practices in the construction industry. - Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and quality control processes. - Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. - Previous experience in supervising teams within a construction environment is essential. - Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is a plus. - Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. - Knowledge of using an ohmmeter for electrical testing is advantageous.
