PROJECT MANAGER Cityscape Builders Inc. A Glass & Aluminum Specialty Construction Company We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager who will oversee multiple construction projects and ensure that every project team is properly coordinated, productive, and aligned with project targets. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage projects, people, timelines, resources, and client coordination while ensuring quality and timely project completion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion and turnover. Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, materials, and overall site operations. Lead and supervise Project Engineers, Site Engineers, QA/QC personnel, foremen, and project manpower. Ensure that all project personnel are performing their assigned responsibilities effectively. Set and monitor project targets, deadlines, and deliverables. Review daily and weekly project reports and ensure timely submission of project updates. Identify project delays, manpower concerns, quality issues, and other operational problems and implement appropriate corrective actions. Coordinate closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. Ensure that construction works comply with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. Monitor and minimize reworks, punch list items, and project deficiencies. Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment. Provide regular project status reports and recommendations to Management. Ensure proper project completion, inspection, documentation, and turnover. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience, preferably with project management or supervisory experience. Experience handling multiple construction projects simultaneously. Strong experience in managing and supervising project teams and site personnel. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, quality control, and site operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management-related tools. Willing to conduct regular site visits and travel between project locations. Experience in glass and aluminum / specialty construction is an advantage.
