Project Manager – High-Rise Construction

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale and high-rise construction projects , including towers and major commercial or residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion and handover.
• Oversee project planning, execution, scheduling, budget, quality, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Manage project teams, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and overall project performance.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, with significant experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects , particularly high-rise towers and major residential/commercial developments .
• Strong experience managing projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, budgets, and site operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with proven experience managing high-rise towers, large residential developments, commercial buildings, or other major-scale construction projects are highly preferred.
