We specialize in Interior & Exterior Metal Framing, Drywall, Finishing, and Acoustical Ceiling Systems (ACT). We are seeking a professional who can manage projects, coordinate with general contractors, and ensure quality execution from start to finish. POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER Charlotte, NC BR Drywall Inc. Commercial Construction RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage interior and exterior metal framing projects - Oversee drywall installation, finishing, and ACT systems - Coordinate with General Contractors and subcontractors - Review plans, schedules, and project requirements - Manage budgets, change orders, and project billing - Coordinate materials, deliveries, and manpower - Maintain project schedules and quality standards - Develop and maintain strong client relationships QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in commercial construction project management - Knowledge of metal framing, drywall, finishing, and ACT - Experience with interior and exterior construction - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple projects - Experience with project documentation, estimating, and billing WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive salary based on experience - Growth opportunities - Team-oriented work environment - Opportunity to grow with an expanding construction company APPLY TODAY!
