Job Title: Senior Civil Project Manager – Industrial Projects

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-seasoned Project Manager to lead and manage industrial construction projects from planning and mobilization through execution, completion, and handover.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in industrial civil construction, including foundations, reinforced concrete structures, structural steel interfaces, equipment foundations, industrial flooring, underground utilities, drainage systems, and associated infrastructure works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project delivery, including planning, budgeting, manpower management, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, health and safety, and client relations. The candidate must be capable of independently managing complex site operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, within budget, and according to the approved schedule and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all civil construction activities for industrial projects, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
• Oversee construction of industrial foundations, equipment foundations, reinforced concrete structures, retaining walls, concrete slabs, industrial flooring, and associated infrastructure.
• Coordinate civil works with mechanical, electrical, piping, structural steel, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review IFC drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, method statements, risk assessments, and construction schedules.
• Develop project execution plans, baseline programmes, manpower forecasts, equipment requirements, and material procurement schedules.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, cost control, variations, claims, and subcontractor payments in coordination with the commercial team.
• Supervise project managers, site engineers, construction supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineering teams, vendors, and relevant authorities to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify delays, and implement recovery plans where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, inspection and test plans, quality procedures, and applicable HSE requirements.
• Oversee concrete works, reinforcement inspections, formwork, excavation, backfilling, compaction, waterproofing, and other civil activities.
• Ensure proper coordination of underground services, drainage networks, trenches, duct banks, and utility corridors.
• Manage site mobilisation, temporary facilities, logistics, equipment deployment, and workforce allocation.
• Conduct progress meetings and submit regular project reports, look-ahead schedules, and performance updates to senior management and clients.
• Manage RFIs, technical submittals, inspection requests, non-conformance reports, and project documentation.
• Lead project completion activities, including testing coordination, snagging, as-built documentation, and final handover.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil construction, with substantial experience managing industrial projects.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior project management role with responsibility for project delivery, budgets, schedules, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial civil works, reinforced concrete structures, equipment foundations, industrial slabs, and infrastructure development.
• Experience working on industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, manufacturing plants, workshops, process facilities, or other industrial developments.
• Strong understanding of construction planning, project controls, contract administration, cost management, and risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and construction HSE requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• UAE industrial construction experience is highly preferred.

• A well-seasoned professional with proven experience independently managing industrial civil construction projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of site execution, technical coordination, planning, and resource management.
• Capable of leading large site teams and coordinating multiple subcontractors and disciplines.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to control project costs and manage variations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Proactive in resolving construction challenges, preventing delays, and achieving project milestones.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, senior management, and site personnel.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
