Project Manager

Auto Build Construction LLC is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years of construction experience in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all activities are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations.

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, project management, technical, and coordination skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects from commencement to final handover.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within the approved budget and required quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, construction managers, and other project personnel.
• Review and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and project standards.
• Monitor project costs, control expenses, and implement measures to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, health and safety requirements, and environmental standards.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor performance and address project concerns.
• Review and approve project reports, method statements, schedules, and other relevant project documentation as required.
• Manage variations, claims, contractual matters, and project changes in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
• Ensure proper coordination between design, procurement, construction, and quality control teams.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of construction experience in the UAE is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in building construction or civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, local regulations, contractual procedures, and authority requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale construction projects, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, risk management, and quality assurance procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office; knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferred.
• Excellent coordination and negotiation skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month
