# Project Manager **arbeit consultancy services** · Manila · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Minimum qualifications required by the bid · Permanent employee of the bidder. · At least five years managing IT-related projects OR a current, valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. · In either eligibility route, at least two years of network infrastructure project or contract management experience implementing wired, wireless, voice, or security solutions. Recommended hiring preferences · Active PMP is preferred even when qualifying through experience. The bid permits the experience route without PMP. · ITIL Foundation Version 5 is recommended for service delivery and incident governance. Existing ITIL 4 knowledge remains useful; ITIL is not a bid requirement. · Experience coordinating multi-site deployments, vendor professional services, acceptance testing and maintenance obligations. Project responsibilities · Own the resource assignment matrix, work breakdown structure, Gantt schedule, implementation plan, risk register and contingency plans. · Facilitate progress and performance meetings, coordinate the kickoff, and submit monthly accomplishment reports, change requests and approved activity plans. · Coordinate requirements gathering, site readiness, deployment, acceptance plans and test scripts with BSP and the technical team. · Monitor contractual service levels in Annex B; escalate delivery risks and service failures against the agreed contractual targets. · Arrange regional deployment schedules, approvals, travel logistics and expense availability. Track the 1,140 regional man day allowance and the activities excluded from it. · Maintain the staffing roster, relief arrangements, qualification evidence, individual confidentiality agreements and BSP approval of replacements. · Coordinate approved end of sale, end of life or end of support equipment replacements of similar or higher specification without additional cost to BSP. Deployment and performance expectations · Accountable for delivery coordination across 2 technical supervisors, 4 CCNP engineers and 12 resident support specialists. Additional relief and regional resources should be planned separately. · Ensure support candidates are submitted within 30 calendar days and the support team is complete within 45 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. · Assess performance through milestone completion, approved acceptance evidence, timely reporting and compliance with the actual contract SLA.
