Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Track progress against PMES goals and performance metrics. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation plans. Coordinate with stakeholders, business teams, and leadership. Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and status updates. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance processes. Drive continuous improvement through performance analysis and lessons learned. Support annual goal setting, performance reviews, and strategic planning activities.
