Qualifications: - Licensed Civil Engineer preferred - Minimum 8 years of construction experience - At least 3 years of experience in project management or a similar leadership role - Experience handling medium to large-scale construction projects - Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, progress billing, procurement, QA/QC and subcontractor management - Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, Excel and construction documentation - Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills - Able to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers - Willing to travel and visit multiple project sites as required Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects from mobilization through completion and turnover - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality standards - Lead Site Engineers, subcontractors and project personnel - Monitor project schedule, cost, manpower and productivity - Review procurement requirements and material schedules - Monitor progress billings, variation orders and project cash flow - Conduct regular project coordination meetings - Identify project risks and implement corrective actions - Submit weekly project performance reports to management - Maintain strong coordination with clients and consultants We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a project—not simply supervise the site.
