You will work with our ERP Consultants and developers: the consultant owns the solution design and configuration, and you own the plan, the cadence and the communication that gets each project from kick-off to go-live. This is a hands-on delivery role. You will run the regular project check-ins with customers and the Adega team, keep actions moving, manage scope and change, and make sure nothing falls between the cracks across testing, data migration, training and go-live. Deep Business Central knowledge is not required, but you need to understand how an ERP implementation runs and be comfortable holding customers, consultants and developers to their commitments. Key Responsibilities Own the project plan, milestones, timeline and budget for each Business Central implementation. Run regular project check-ins and status meetings with customers and the Adega team; publish notes, decisions and actions after every session. Track open actions and follow up with customers, consultants and developers to keep the project moving. Manage scope and change requests, and coordinate customer sign-off at each stage. Coordinate testing (UAT), data migration, training and go-live activities, including cutover planning. Identify risks, issues and dependencies early and escalate where needed. Plan and coordinate consultant and developer capacity across concurrent projects. Act as the customer's day-to-day point of contact for project matters and build strong working relationships. Manage the handover from project delivery into ongoing support. Maintain clear project documentation, status reports and steering updates. Support projects across customer sites throughout Leinster. What We're Looking For Essential Proven experience managing ERP, or business-software implementation projects end to end. Strong organisation and follow-through – comfortable chasing actions and holding people to deadlines. Experience running customer-facing meetings and writing clear, concise status updates. Good understanding of the implementation lifecycle: discovery, design, build, test, data migration, training, go-live and hypercare. Ability to manage scope, change requests and competing priorities across several projects at once. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working directly with customers at all levels. Willingness to travel to customer sites across Leinster. Desirable Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV or other Dynamics 365 products. Experience working for a Microsoft Dynamics partner or consultancy. Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum or similar). Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools for tracking work and change requests.
