Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of the Inner Circle Residential Building Project. The candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and successful delivery of the residential development project within approved timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Planning - Manage the project from commencement to final handover. - Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and milestone targets. - Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. - Coordinate all phases of construction including excavation, RCC works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, MEP, and external development works. Site Management - Supervise project engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors. - Monitor daily site activities and productivity. - Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and resources. - Identify construction challenges and implement corrective measures. Consultant & Client Coordination - Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, PMC teams, and statutory authorities. - Conduct regular progress review meetings with project stakeholders. - Provide project updates, reports, and presentations to management and clients. - Resolve design, technical, and execution-related issues in a timely manner. Cost & Budget Control - Monitor project budgets and control project costs. - Review material consumption and wastage. - Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of materials and services. - Ensure value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality. Quality Assurance - Ensure all works are executed according to approved quality standards and specifications. - Conduct regular quality inspections and corrective actions. - Minimize rework through proper planning and supervision. Safety & Compliance - Implement and enforce safety standards and statutory requirements. - Maintain safe working conditions for workers and site staff. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain project documentation, site records, progress reports, and approvals. - Track project performance against planned targets. - Submit periodic MIS reports to management. Requirements - Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 8-15 years of experience in residential building construction projects. - Strong experience in high-rise residential buildings, RCC structures, finishing works, MEP coordination, and project management. - Knowledge of project planning, cost control, quality management, and construction methodologies. - Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools. - Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to independently manage large residential construction projects. Key Deliverables - Completion of project within approved timelines and budget. - Achievement of project milestones as per project schedule. - High-quality construction with minimal rework. - Effective coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal teams. - Timely resolution of site and technical issues. - Compliance with safety and quality standards. - Client satisfaction and successful project handover.
