The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager with a strong background in specialist waterproofing projects.

The role involves managing project execution, coordinating with clients and consultants, overseeing site teams and ensuring the successful delivery of waterproofing works across substructure and superstructure applications.

Candidates must have previous experience with a specialist waterproofing contractor and a proven understanding of project delivery, technical requirements and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee waterproofing projects from planning through to completion.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and project teams.
• Oversee substructure and superstructure waterproofing activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources and overall execution.
• Review project specifications, drawings, method statements and material submittals.
• Ensure quality standards, technical compliance and timely project delivery.
• Resolve project-related technical and operational challenges.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Previous experience working with a specialist waterproofing company is mandatory.
• Strong experience in substructure and superstructure waterproofing projects.
• Proven ability to manage site teams, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Good understanding of waterproofing systems, technical specifications and execution methodologies.
• Strong planning, coordination, commercial and project management skills.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
