Plan and coordinate project schedules, procurement, subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, landlords, building management, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout project execution. Oversee and coordinate interior fit-out works, including architectural, M&E, joinery, furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and other related trades. Manage project documentation, progress claims, variation orders (VOs), procurement, cost control, submissions, and project reporting. Conduct project meetings and site inspections, monitor progress and workmanship, and resolve technical, coordination, and site issues. Coordinate testing, inspections, defect rectification, project handover, and close-out. Build and maintain good relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Guide and coordinate project team members to ensure effective project delivery. Support tender interviews, value engineering, and pre-award planning where required. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate office, workplace, commercial interior fit-out, or design-and-build projects. Good understanding of interior fit-out construction, materials, M&E coordination, and project delivery processes. Good knowledge of project planning, procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, progress claims, and variation orders. Able to read and understand construction drawings and coordinate multiple trades on site. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Microsoft Project is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and travel when required.
