Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

To ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirement

To monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual, and technical matters for current projects

To ensure compliance of the relevant quality & safety standards

To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with clients' representatives and subcontractors

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or Degree in Building/ Construction-related discipline or equivalent;

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably as Main Contractors;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and

Less experience would be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
