要求:

1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in youth project management, event management, cultural programming, venue rental marketing or related fields.
2. Creative and able to develop new ideas for funding opportunities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of funders’ needs and requirements.
3. Experience in liaison with artists, creators, cultural organisations, or community groups, venue operation and exchange programs will be an advantage.
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese is essential and fair in Mandarin.
5. Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.

職 責︰

1. Oversee the overall design, funding applications, implementation, promotion, performance arrangements, evaluation, and reporting of the programme “延音MusicSus” , while building networks with musicians, tutors, media, corporates, foundations, and performance venues.
2. Prepare proposals for continued funding, sponsorships, and corporate collaborations, and proactively explore diversified funding sources to ensure sustainability of the existing’s or a new programme for a self financed centre focusing in youth and young adult.
3. Drive the strategic development and operation of the venue, including the cultivation of clients, markets and corporate partnership opportunities, and the development of venue-based projects with both commercial and social impact. Assist in promoting and supporting centre's specialised services, including interest classes, youth arts and cultural exchange programmes, room rental and etc.
4. Assist in supervising frontline colleagues to ensure professional standards of implementing a programme and venue operation.
5. This is a one-year contract position. The appointee will be required to explore further funding opportunities and develop a financially sustainable operating model during the later phase of the project.

薪酬: $31,795起 (按經驗而定)
