# Project Manager / Architect / Engineer **Paradigm Architecture Design & Consulting** · New York, NY 10018 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities: - Coordinate with office staff to ensure project specifications are met - Review and analyze construction documents for accuracy and compliance with building codes - Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to construction teams - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines -Various Construction Administration Tasks -Construction Document Drafting & As Built Drafting -Building Envelope Inspections (via electric scaffolding, pipe scaffolding, and/or man-lifts) -Leak Investigations -Building Surveys Qualifications: Must know AutoCAD (Must have the ability to draft facades/building exteriors) Must have at minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or any other equivalent or related major) Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to work in-office/in-person M-F 9am to 5pm Knowledge of Exterior Restoration & Waterproofing is a plus Knowledge of NYC LL 11/98 FISP requirements and inspections is a plus Salary is commensurate with experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities Work Location: In person
