The candidate must have proven expertise in managing large-scale, multi-storey building projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Job description, - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. - Review drawings, specifications, and contractual documents for high-rise structures. - Coordinate with consultants, and internal teams. - Prepare method statements and work programs. - Supervise and oversee all construction activities on high-rise building projects. - Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, authority requirements, and quality standards. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and structural works. - Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditures. - Manage cost control, variation orders, and procurement of materials. - Review and approve vendor invoices and subcontractor payments. - Ensure construction works meet specifications and high-rise building standards. - Oversee inspections, testing, and snagging. - Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance. - Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. - Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports. - Lead site meetings and resolve project issues. - Provide updates on risks, delays, and mitigation measures. - Lead and motivate site engineers, supervisors, and project staff. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Strong experience in high-rise building construction (mandatory). - 15+ years of relevant project management experience. - Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local authority regulations. - Proficiency in project management software Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED32,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
