# Project Manager - Account Management **IMPACT Training & Consultancy Services** · Ortigas · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description: Account Management Manage higher-tier accounts and build strategic, trust-based relationships with SMB partner merchants Engage with partners to understand their needs and communicate the value of the partnership Grow partners' business and revenue through marketing promotions and expansion opportunities Identify partners' business needs and customize product offerings accordingly Recommend relevant company products and services to strengthen partnership value Support collection efforts to ensure business compliance Maintain accurate, up-to-date account records Stay current on company products, services, and industry trends Conduct competitive intelligence and market research Act as a client advocate, focused on improving the overall partner experience Client Management Participate in meetings with clients and merchant partners Serve as liaison between clients and merchant partners on project-related concerns Prepare and submit required client reports Conduct regular fieldwork to monitor daily operations Performance Management Oversee team productivity Monitor performance of Account Management Executives and Merchant Support staff Provide regular coaching and conduct performance evaluations as needed Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing , or any related field 1* to 2 years of experience supervising* or leading a team of at least 5 people Proven skills in sales , account management , and client relationship building Excellent communication and people management skills Has strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and reporting abilities Able to build good relationships and work well with clients and team members Willing to work onsite and conduct regular fieldwork Earn up to 15-25k monthly performance incentives Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month Application Question(s): How many years of supervising experience do you have?
