Every project is delivered with the discipline and detail required for live environments, tight timelines, and high-visibility brands. The Role We are looking for a Project Management Unit Head who will lead our team of Project Managers and own the delivery of every project in the pipeline. You will set the systems, standards, and pace that ensure all projects—not just one—are delivered on time, within budget, and at Spacey's gold standard quality. What You'll Be Doing - Lead, coach, and manage the Project Management team, setting clear expectations and accountability - Oversee the full project portfolio, ensuring every project is on track from turnover to closeout - Assign projects and allocate manpower, resources, and schedules across simultaneous builds - Establish and enforce project management systems, SOPs, templates, and reporting standards - Review and approve project timelines, budgets, and execution plans before rollout - Monitor project costs and margins, flagging overruns early and driving corrective action - Serve as the escalation point for critical client, site, and production issues - Align with Design, Estimating, Purchasing, and Production heads on capacity, priorities, and handoffs - Conduct site visits and quality checks on high-visibility or high-risk projects - Track team performance through KPIs and present portfolio status reports to management - Hire, onboard, and develop Project Managers to build a stronger bench What We're Looking For - 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2–3 years leading a team of PMs or engineers - Experience in events, activations, fit-outs, construction, or fabrication (preferred) - Proven track record of managing multiple projects and budgets at the same time Pay: Php32,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month Benefits: - Company events - Flexible schedule - Free parking - Life insurance - On-site parking - Opportunities for promotion - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee - Staff meals provided Work Location: In person
