To support in engaging stakeholders and have continuous visibility of projects. To support in defining and employing standardized process for effective execution of projects. Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above - Work with a variety of stakeholders to implement special projects & document outcomes and lessons - Research, prioritize & follow up on incoming issues & concerns addressed, including sensitive or confidential nature - Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response - Provide a bridge for smooth communication between projects and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff JOB AUTHORITIES: - To make calculated decisions related to project management with the advisory of Project Manager JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications - A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Management, Accounting & Finance, and other related studies from a recognized university - Any certifications in Project Management, Agile Practice, Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, Risk Management are a plus. Experience - Minimum 2-3 years business management, strategic operations, change or transformation management, project-based experience - Prior internships in Consulting firm, Private Equity or Investment firm, Banking, Start up - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Skills & Knowledge - Basic PowerPoint, Excel and analytical skills - Basic knowledge of business management best practices - Detailed-oriented & impeccable organizational skills - Flexible and willing to work on different project Behavioral Traits - Collaborative and works well with others, a star team player - Great oral & written communication skills, good speaker, and ability to write clear, concise emails & presentations - Problem solving & critical thinking skills (Using structured analysis, qualitative or quantitative means, ability to use MECE principles (Mutually exclusively, collectively exhaustive) - Resilient and adaptable to changes and ability to pivot - Conflict resolution, restorative & relator – calm attitude under pressure Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month Benefits: - Company events - Employee discount - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
