Core Responsibilities 1. Sales data management - Maintain CRM/sales database (leads, quotations, POs, billing, collections) - Run weekly pipeline/forecast reports and monthly sales performance reports - Reconcile bookings with Accounting monthly - Build/update dashboards (pipeline, conversion, revenue, margin, aging receivables) - Monthly data quality audits; manage pricing/contract file access 2. Project coordination with technical teams - Open won deals as projects; confirm handover packs (scope, BOQ, PO, timeline) - Schedule kick-offs between Sales, Engineering, Procurement, customer - Track milestones/schedules in a master project tracker - Chase action items and change orders; escalate delays - Issue weekly project status reports; handle project close-out and final billing trigger 3. PMO governance - Maintain report/tracker templates - Prepare materials for monthly management reviews - Keep records aligned with ISO 9001:2015 document control Required Skills & Qualifications - Experience: 3+ years in project coordination, PMO, or sales operations (engineering/construction/energy/technical services) - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field - Excel: Advanced — pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data validation, dashboards (tested via 45-min timed exam) - CRM/ERP: Daily user, able to clean/reconcile records - Technical coordination: Comfortable working with engineers on scope, BOQ, schedules - Nice-to-haves: Power BI/Looker Studio, PM certification (CAPM/PMP), ISO 9001 familiarity, energy/solar/ESCO/EPC sector exposure Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Benefits: - Additional leave - Company events - Health insurance - Life insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Paid training - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
